Data sources by county
Every fact on Dwello comes from a public source. This table shows, for each of Florida’s 67 counties, where parcel records come from and when they were last refreshed.
Sources
- Parcel records (county just value, assessed and taxable values, owner of record, land use, lot size, building facts, sales): Florida county property appraisers, directly or through the Florida Department of Revenue’s statewide parcel roll.
- Flood zones: FEMA National Flood Hazard Layer, in FEMA’s own wording.
- Flood-insurance claims: FEMA OpenFEMA NFIP redacted claims, counted by ZIP code (ZIP-wide, not per property).
- Listings: posted by owners on Dwello.
County table
Latest value-history year is the newest tax year in the value history Dwello holds for the county, shown only where the record carries one; a parcel page names a roll year only when that parcel’s value matches the record for that year. Coverage columns are estimates from a sample of each county’s records. Values are county tax-roll figures, not appraisals; see the methodology.
