About Dwello
Dwello puts Florida’s public property records for all 67 counties on one map and one page per parcel.
Who we are
Dwello (dwello.me) is operated by DALMA LLC. We build tools for Florida homeowners, buyers and real estate professionals: a parcel map, a record page for every parcel, free for-sale-by-owner listings and AI assistants for agents.
What we publish
- Public parcel records from Florida county property appraisers and the Florida Department of Revenue: county just value and assessed value (tax-roll figures), owner of record as the county lists it, land use, lot size, building facts and recorded sales.
- FEMA flood zones from FEMA’s National Flood Hazard Layer, shown in FEMA’s own wording, and NFIP flood-insurance claims counted by ZIP code (ZIP-wide, never for one property).
- Listings that owners post on Dwello themselves.
Values on Dwello are county tax-roll figures, not appraisals. We do not estimate what a home is worth or label any property over- or under-priced. Dwello is not a government website and is not affiliated with any county property appraiser, the Florida Department of Revenue or FEMA.
How the data is kept current
Each county is refreshed from its source one county at a time. The data sources page lists the source, latest value-history year and last refresh for every county, and the methodology page explains what each value means and how to request a correction.
